Complaints and grievances
If you have any questions or are dissatisfied in any way, please discuss this with us. Neurobeweging is registered with Stichting Zorggeschil. If you find that we are unable to resolve your grievances together, you can lodge them with them via www.zorggeschil.nl/clienten.
Domestic violence and child abuse protocol
Neurobeweging follows the Domestic violence and child abuse protocol. Suspected neglect or abuse are discussed with the parents. If we deem it necessary, we also contact Safe-at-Home.
